Understanding Our Policy
SOCIETY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT RESOURCES (SHER) is a non-profit organization, not an e-commerce entity. Our "Shipping Policy" relates to the distribution of aid, educational materials, and resources to our beneficiaries, as well as the handling of donor receipts.
Distribution to Beneficiaries
We distribute resources such as textbooks, stationery, sewing machines, and relief materials directly to beneficiaries. Distribution happens at our training centers, schools, or through community camps. We ensure materials reach the intended recipients efficiently.
Geographic Coverage
Our primary area of operation is Delhi and surrounding regions, extending to other parts of India as per our program reach. We focus on rural and urban slum areas where need is greatest.
Delivery of Donor Documents
Tax exemption certificates and donation receipts are typically sent via email within 7-15 days of the donation. If a physical copy is requested, it will be dispatched via post/courier to the address provided by the donor.
No Delivery Charges
We do not charge beneficiaries for the delivery or distribution of aid materials. All resources are provided free of cost as part of our charitable mission.
